The Rueda Regulatory Council will organize a competition of tapas between the participating bars, to which they will be sent wine of the D.O. Rueda to pair the tapas, and in which both consumers and professionals vote their favorite Rueda bar based on the pairings enjoyed.
The concept includes several news moments that offer an opportunity to communicate about Rueda wines to both consumer (food and regional) and trade media.
